Freight services are also governed by the applicable rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement, or shipper agreement; if those conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
1. About Us
Unit Move Logistics LLC provides freight transportation and logistics services, including flatbed, step deck, van, reefer, RGN, and heavy haul. USDOT No. 2305935 / MC No. 785440.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. Site content is for general information and does not constitute a quote, offer, or contract for services.
3. SMS Text Messaging Program
Program name: Unit Move Logistics Notifications
Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Unit Move Logistics LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages relate to our business relationship with you and may include load offers and availability, dispatch and pickup/delivery details, shipment status and tracking updates, document requests (such as rate confirmations, bills of lading, and proof of delivery), and invoicing or payment notifications. We do not send marketing messages to purchased or third-party lists.
How to opt in: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our forms, by agreeing during carrier or customer onboarding, by giving verbal consent to our staff, or by texting START to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with us.
Message frequency: Varies based on your shipment and account activity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unit Move Logistics LLC and its members, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site or text messaging program means you accept the updated Terms.
